Supernatural Lists: Charities and Organizations Worth Looking At

Standard

UPDATED: 25 NOVEMBER 2020

For a number of years, Supernatural merchandise has been offered with a portion of the proceeds going to charities chosen by the actors.

They’ve been offered through different organizations, although more recently, they are primarily offered through Stands.

What follows is a list of some of those charities and organizations if you can spare some time to volunteer or money to donate.

The series finale aired last night and can be watched today on The CW app.

Mini GISH Hunt

Standard

Back in April, I participated in a stay-at-home 24 hour scavenger hunt. We raised money for meals for kids who are out of school due to the covid-19 pandemic. At this moment, I am in the middle of a second stay-at-home mini hunt, this time for 25 hours. If you’re interested in joining the fun for our week long hunt in August, visit GISH and see what all the fussun is about.

These are the three items I completed. I also filled out an application for an absentee ballot for the June primary and November election.

We’ve Got Work to Do

Standard

Back in January, I told you about a possible Supernatural spin-off tentatively called Wayward Sisters.

We’ve (actors and fans alike) been informed a few days ago that The CW network has decided to pass on this new, dynamic series. Those of us who were excited and looking forward to a female led sci-fi/fantasy series are heartbroken.

I’m writing this to encourage you to sign the linked PETITION to try and persuade The CW executives they’ve made a mistake.

For those of you who watch Supernatural, please watch the finale tomorrow night, and tweet your support. Along with #supernatual, include the hashtag #savewaywardsisters. I know the fans, cast, and crew will appreciate it.

In addition to signing the petition, you can also send your feedback directly to The CW as recommended in the following tweet.

When contacting officials at the network, please be polite and express why you want to see the Wayward Sisters spin-off and what it means to you and your family. My daughter and I sent out our message on Monday by email to mark.pedowitz@cwtv.com.

Thank you for your support of this wonderful and what would be a unique show on television.

 You’re in good company:
